Pizza dough/crust of your choice<br />
2 Tablespoons basil pesto<br />
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded<br />
1/2 cup provolone cheese , shredded<br />
2 ea. Tomatoes, Roma, sliced<br />
2 oz. Prosciutto ham, sliced thin cut into strips<br />
2 oz. goat cheese, separated into small pieces<br />
1 teaspoon Oregano<br />
1 teaspoon, thyme<br />
1 teaspoon black cracked pepper<br />
1 tablespoon Romano cheese, grated<br />
1 tablespoon Hickory Smoked Canola Oil </p>
<p>Place pizza dough on pizza board.<br />
Brush with pesto.<br />
Top with, mozzarella and provolone cheese,tomatoes,Prosciutto, goat cheese, oregano, thyme, cracked black pepper, and Romano cheese.</p>
<p>Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 10 min.</p>
<p>Remove, drizzle with Hickory Smoked Canola Oil, slice and serve.</p>
