Lamb Steaks

Great on charcoal grill.  Rub Smoked Canola Oil on both sides of steaks and sprinkle with kosher salt. ground black pepper, and oregano.  Bring to room temp and then sear in pan or charcoal grill.  This dish is great with smashed new potatoes and grilled asparagus.
